This is the ideal bullbar to protect your Hilux on all occasions. Designed with primarilly outback travel in mind, the Buds Customs Outback Bullbar for the Toyota Hilux has all of the protection features you could ever ask for whilst still providing legendary offroad performance in extreme conditions.
The sturdy upright braces and top rail provide immense protection from animal strike and has four mounting tabs attached. Two are centrally mounted for driving lights, lightbars and the like while another two tabs on the far left (well out of the drivers line of vision) are provided for UHF and phone antennas. You may want to use one to securely mount a sandflag for that dash accross the Simpson Desert.
Bright red recovery points are built in as an integral part of the bull bar mounting system at no added cost to you. We figured that if we had to bolt a bull bar to the chassis, we might as well provide you with purpose built 10mm thick recovery points located at a convenient height to save you crawling through mud to reach low mount recovery points some companies want you to buy at additional cost.
One of the most frustrating features of the Toyota Hilux for offroad use is the low mounted washer bottle which is quite exposed once a bullbar is fitted. Well you don't have to worry about knocking this off when you purchase a bullbar from Buds Customs becasue we include a replacement washer bottle with every bullbar we sell that is designed to mount in the engine bay where the factory washer bottle filler neck is located. Furthermore, you don't loose your fog lights on your sR5 as we include a pair of 20 watt lights mounted in the bar. These can be wired directly into the SR5 fog lights or wired in as spotlights using an additional wiring harness (not provided).

Because we send our bullbars all over Australia and most of our customers opt for DIY fitment. We have put a lot of effort into making bulllbar mounitng as simple and as fast as possible. In fact recent testing, found that a Buds Customs bullbar can be fitted in a quarter of the time of other leading brands. Sure our bullbars might look like they cost a bit more on first glance, but when you add up all of the features we include for free when others charge top dollar for extras like recovery points and mounting tabs,.we include everything you need in a single well thought out package that has been designed and built to be a safe, durable, standards compliant product that will last you for many years.
Items that weigh over 30 kg are generally shipped on a skid to comply with workplace health and safety requirements. Suspension kits generally weigh around 100kg so we ship them on a skid so nothing gets lost. We can only ship skids to business addresses with access to forklift or the carriers local depot for you to pickup.
Cancellations
No order may be cancelled, modified or deferred without the prior written consent of the Company (which is at the Company’s sole discretion). If such consent is given it is, at the Company’s election, subject to the Company being reimbursed all losses, including loss of profits, and paid a cancellation fee (being not less than 20% of the invoice price of the Goods).
Goods not returnable: Any goods specially made, including items cut to length. Any goods made, or purchased to a firm and irrevocable order or any goods altered or damaged by the Purchaser cannot be returned under any conditions.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods must be returned within 14 days of issuance of the Company's written consent.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returned goods shall be returned to the Company's place of trading or such other place nominated by the Company.
HOW do you return items?
Returned Goods must be clearly marked with the Return Authorisation Number or such orther reference provided by the Company.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable. The customer is reposnsible for packaging and shipping of returned goods. Goods returned in a damaged condition are not refundable.
CREDIT for returns?
Credits for returned goods (net of cancellation fees) shall be made by direct deposit or crediting the credit card used for theoriginal purchase.
Instore return option?
Goods can be returned in person to the Company's trading address in person during normal business hours.
Packing materials?
Goods shipped for return must be packaged in a similar manner to how it was shipped to you so that damagin in transit does not occur.
